Client Overview

Monkeyshine is a mobile-based application which allows users to book a car wash at the click of a button. The application links users to available car wash providers near them and the users also get to choose from basic washing, full detailing and eco washing among other services. There are even more enhancements for this. This makes Monkeyshine to ease the booking process for the customers and also the car wash providers making this whole process more seamless and effective.

How Does It Work?

Users can select any car wash service and check the local providers of the service, compare the offers and book the appointment.

The app comprises various service categories that clients can choose from, for example, normal and advanced detailing.

Availability is provided in real-time, displaying the customers the available slots and allowing for bookings to be made instantly.

The application has a feature that enables car-wash service providers to view and make changes on appointments.

There is no cash transacted, as users make payment anywhere within the app.

Formed a straightforward service browsing interface, which allows users to view services in categories and choose the desired one.

User-Friendly Provider Dashboard

Developed a user-friendly interface for the providers in order to handle bookings, services and customers with little or no technical know-how.

Integrated Payment System

Stripe payment method was implemented to facilitate cashless and secure payments within the application, thus enhancing speed and ease of operations.
